My hourly rate is $120 per hour for a minimum of 3h.

Grocery and preparation expenses will be calculated in relation to your preferences and budget.

Estimate cost per person might vary from $220 to $300 per person.

I require a conformation of final guest number 5 days prior the date of the event.

On the day I will require that you least 1 shelf of fridge space clear before prior my arrival.

I can cater for all dietary requirements. Please let me know if any upon your booking enquiry so we can begin the conversation early.

We ask for confirmation of all dietary requirements 7 days prior to the event to ensure the best possible product.

Bookings beyond 25km of Melbourne CBD are welcomed, however will incur a fee for added travel time.

I also accept interstate bookings, which are also charged accordingly

I work closely with some of Melbournes best young sommeliers with a passion for wine as strong as ours for food who can assist us in creating a perfect wine list or package for your event.

I am available for more than just sit down dinner at home. I can cater for corporate lunches, buffet style menu and canapès. Feel free to get in contact with us to discuss further options.
