The idea of becoming a private chef first took root in 2019, driven by my desire to offer a more intimate dining experience in the comfort of people’s homes. I wanted to build deeper connections with those who not only appreciate food but are also eager to learn about my journey and the passion that fuels my cooking.
With Italian roots and a global palate, I grew up surrounded by the vibrant energy of my family’s restaurant in Treviso, Italy. This early exposure ignited my love for food and experimentation, leading me to explore diverse culinary landscapes in countries like Russia, France, and across Eastern Europe.
In Melbourne, I've had the privilege of working in some of the city’s most iconic Italian restaurants, including Grossi Florentino. My approach blends traditional Italian recipes with a modern fusion twist, often using fresh, locally-sourced Australian ingredients.
Cooking is my way of telling stories, and I’m always excited to bring those stories to life on your plate.
